"This Reserva sees 6 months in French oak which make all the difference for these delicate floral grapes. The nose is significantly more voluptuous with tropical hints of white pulp fruit. The palate follows hand in hand, full and sexy… yet the finish has beautiful persistent acidity, very in line with the colheita, resulting from the high altitude these vines see.

In the glass, it has a straw yellow color. On the nose it is fresh and delicate, with very subtle aromas of lemon zest, white guava and a light menthol. In the mouth, it is voluminous and brings an interesting greasiness, wrapped in an excellent acidity and a light touch of Swiss lemonade, white flowers and slightly saline nuances. A complex and well-balanced white. Perfect to accompany more elaborate dishes, such as a beautiful Portuguese cod, a succulent chicken with herbs or even an eggplant lasagna with parmesan cheese.
