Straw-colour with green highlights. Wide-ranging and intense bouquet with a hint of flower that slide in exotic fruit scent. Warm, sapid long and elegant. To be served with all type of seafood, and fish base-soups. Excellent with crab and grilled fish. Also pair with white meats and soft cheeses.
The 2019 Vermentino di Sardegna Thilibas wafts up effortlessly with a minty freshness, gaining further depths as notes of ripe yellow apple and pretty florals develop in the glass. It's silky in texture, casting citrus-tinged orchard fruits across a medium-bodied frame, while taking on a much more salty character toward the close. The Thilibas buzzes with cheek-puckering tension, as savory spices and a hint of sour melon slowly fade. This mineral-drenched Vermentino is firing on all cylinders.
