"A destemmed blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah from a mix of pebbly and sandy soils, the 2020 Châteauneuf Du Pape Baptiste Hillaire La Part Des Anges is more herbal and earthy, with lots of red and black fruits supported by pepper, leafy herbs, and some gamey nuances.
