Brilliant golden/brown colour with a fresh nutty aroma and delicate subdued fruit.
Medium sweet on the palate, interacting perfectly with the spirit which in turn gives a superb structure to the wine.
Serving suggestion: Serve chilled as an aperitif or with desserts or even by itself. Also as a long drink with Tonic Water, ice and a twist of lemon.

Ageing | 12 months in large wood vats, followed by 36 months in Casks (550 L oak barrels). Dry White The final blend includes different wines aged in oak casks with an average of 42 months.
