Caffo's Vecchio Grappa is produced by a slow steam distillation of fine Italian grapes before ageing in oak barrels. This grappa combines pinot grigio, chardonnay, and sauvignon blanc. This intricate process results in notes of golden raisins and vanilla with a hint of figs.
